First Baptist Church's mid-week kids program will begin on June 10, 2009. I am calling it "Kid-Mid", kids mid-week worship and Bible study.
Along with God's Word and a weekly verse memorization, we will have exciting praise & worship songs, puppet skits, eye-catching graphics, some crazy games, object lessons and video clips...all for one purpose, to reach a child with the love of God, for the kingdom of God.
We do not want this to be just informational, but transformational...not just teaching a biblical story, but a biblical worldview.
KID-MID is for kids K - 5th grades.
Church family volunteers, full- or part-time are needed and appreciated.
